Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mandii’s Fitting Room!
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders will be delivered.

Because we operate through a dropshipping model, delivery times vary depending on the supplier, product, and your location. Please read the details below carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • During holidays, sales, or high-order periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

  • Once processed, your order will be sent to our third-party suppliers for packaging and shipment.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Timeframes

Since items are shipped directly from our suppliers (which may be overseas), standard delivery times are typically:

  • 7–20 business days for most items

  • Some items may take up to 25 business days depending on your location

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, courier delays, or peak seasons.

  • We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.


3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number (when available).

  • Tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to appear once the item is scanned by the carrier.

  • Some international carriers may provide limited tracking during transit.

If your tracking number is not updating, feel free to contact us and we will assist.


4. Multiple Items / Split Shipments

If you ordered multiple items:

  • They may arrive in separate packages, even if ordered together.

  • This is because we work with different suppliers who may ship from different locations.

Each item will have its own tracking information.


5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item, weight, supplier, and delivery destination.
Occasionally, promotional periods may include free shipping.


6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Depending on your country’s regulations, your package may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.

These fees:

  • Are not included in our product or shipping prices

  • Are the customer’s responsibility

  • Must be paid to your local customs office (if required)

We cannot control or predict these charges.


7. Incorrect Address Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

  • Lost or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address details

If you made a mistake, contact us within 12 hours so we can update it before processing.


8. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe:

  • Contact us at info@mandiisfittingroom.store, and we will investigate with the supplier or shipping carrier.

A package is considered lost if:

  • It has been 40 business days with no tracking movement or delivery
    In such cases, we will offer a replacement or refund.


9. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, the order may already be processing with the supplier and cannot be canceled.
