Thank you for shopping at Mandii’s Fitting Room!
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase, as it explains how we handle exchanges, returns, and refunds.


1. General Policy

Mandii’s Fitting Room operates on a dropshipping model, meaning we work with third-party suppliers who ship orders directly to you.
Because of this, return and refund procedures may vary slightly depending on the product or supplier.

We accept returns or exchanges only under the conditions below.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • You must contact us within 7–14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Intimate apparel (underwear, swimsuits, etc.)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards or digital products


3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Email us via our contact us form within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

  3. Once verified, we’ll offer one of the following:

    • A replacement at no extra cost

    • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation

We may request that you return the item to a supplier-provided address before processing a refund or replacement.


4. Return Process

  1. Contact us first — returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide the correct return address (note: this may be outside your country).

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Please keep your return tracking number until your refund or exchange is confirmed.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing times vary by bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).

If your refund is delayed, please first check with your bank or card issuer before contacting us.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account or payment method again

  • Contact your bank or credit-card company
    If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, email us via our contact us form.


7. Order Cancellations

Because orders are automatically processed with our suppliers:

  • Cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After that, your order may already be in production or transit, and we cannot guarantee cancellation.

If an order cannot be canceled, you may still request a return once it arrives (if eligible).


8. Lost or Delayed Packages

Shipping times for dropshipped items vary (typically 7–20 business days).
If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

  • Contact us via our contact us form and we’ll investigate with the supplier or carrier.
    We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.


9. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us via our contact us form and follow the return steps above.
