Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

At Mandii’s Fitting Room, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. This Delivery & Fulfillment Policy explains how your orders are processed, packaged, and delivered from our suppliers to your door.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or holidays, processing may take 1–2 extra business days.

  • Once processed, your order is forwarded to our trusted third-party suppliers for fulfillment.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.


2. Fulfillment Process

We operate using a dropshipping model, meaning products ship directly from our suppliers.

How fulfillment works:

  1. You place an order on our website.

  2. We verify payment and forward the order to the appropriate supplier.

  3. The supplier prepares, packages, and ships your item.

  4. You receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available).

Some orders may ship from different locations depending on the supplier and product availability.


3. Fulfillment Locations

Our suppliers are located in various countries, which may include:

  • United States

  • China

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

  • Other international fulfillment centers

Shipping origin depends on inventory levels and the item ordered.


4. Shipping & Delivery Times

Standard delivery usually takes:

  • 7–20 business days (most regions)

  • Up to 25 business days during peak seasons or for remote locations

Delivery times vary depending on:

  • Supplier location

  • Customer location

  • Customs processing

  • Courier delays

  • Holiday seasons

We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to appear depending on the carrier.

  • Some carriers provide limited tracking during international transit.

If you have trouble tracking your order, contact us and we’ll assist.


6. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items:

  • They may ship separately from different fulfillment centers.

  • Each item will have its own tracking number and delivery timeline.

You will not be charged extra for split shipments.


7. Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

If your order does not arrive within 40 business days, it may be considered lost.
We will offer:

  • A replacement or

  • A refund

based on your preference.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
Please contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to correct your address.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a package is returned to the sender because the customer was unavailable or the address was incorrect:

  • Reshipping fees may apply.


8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Depending on your region, customs fees or import taxes may apply upon delivery.
These charges:

  • Are not included in your order total

  • Are the customer’s responsibility

We are unable to predict these fees in advance.


9. Order Not Received But Marked Delivered

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Check any parcel lockers or local post office

  • Wait 24–48 hours in case of carrier scanning delays

If still not found, reach out to us and we will investigate with the carrier.
